These Terms & Conditions (Terms) apply to visits to  https://vailstables.com/  and to reservations and experiences provided by Vail Stables (we, us, our).

By using our website or booking an experience, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings and payments (FareHarbor)

• All bookings and payments are processed through FareHarbor.

• Your reservation may be subject to additional terms presented during checkout by FareHarbor.

Scheduled ride time and check-in time

Your scheduled ride time is your check-in time.

Cancellations, refunds, and weather

Our cancellation and weather rules are explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy controls.

Assumption of risk

Horseback riding and ranch activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Falls

• Uneven terrain

• Weather conditions

• Animal behavior (horses and other animals)

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Liability waiver / release

Participation may require signing a liability waiver/release. If a waiver is required, it must be completed before participating.

Participant responsibilities

To help keep everyone safe, you agree to:

• Follow staff instructions at all times

• Treat animals, staff, and other guests with respect

• Use appropriate language and behavior

• Arrive on time for your scheduled ride time

We may refuse service or end an activity without refund if a participants behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or does not follow staff instructions.

Rider requirements

Specific rider requirements (including age, weight, and other safety limits) may vary by experience and are listed on the applicable experience page and/or during booking.

Private rides and group reservations

• Private rides: Minimum charge is the equivalent of 3 riders at 2 the regular rate.

• Groups: Group booking terms may vary based on group size and scheduling needs.

Gratuities

Gratuity for guides is not included unless explicitly stated, as in, for groups of 6 or more.

Goat Area admission

Goat Area admission is a separate activity from horseback riding.

• Admission: $10 per person 6yrs+ and $5 per person 2-5yrs. (unless otherwise posted)

Photos and media

We may take photos or videos on-site for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, please tell a staff member when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate.

Website use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Copy or reuse website content without permission

Intellectual property

Website content (text, photos, logos, and design) is owned by Vail Stables or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Changes to experiences and pricing

We may update:

• Availability

• Experiences offered

• Pricing

• Policies

Changes may occur without notice, but confirmed reservations will be honored according to the terms presented at booking.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vail Stables is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in activities.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
